Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, the following refund policy applies to our products:

Card Sales on Telephone Orders: When a sale is made, your credit card will not be charged for 7 days from the date of the sale. For customer courtesy, a confirmation letter will be sent out the following business day including a copy of your order and our contact information. When your card is charged, the publishers are paid in full for the complete term of your subscription; therefore we will not process any refunds or cancellations after your credit card is charged unless approved by management. However, we are happy to transfer any subscription for you at any time to any other magazine of equal or lesser value should the magazine seize publication.

Credit Card Sales on Internet Orders (if applicable): When your card is charged, the publishers are paid in full for the complete term of your subscription; therefore we will not process any refunds or cancellations after your credit card is charged unless approved by management. Paid Invoices with Check or Money Orders on Telephone Orders: When your payment is received, the publishers are paid in full for the complete term of your subscription; therefore we will not process any refunds or cancellations after your check or money order is received unless approved by management. However, we are happy to transfer any subscription for you at any time to any other magazine of equal or lesser value should the magazine seize publication.
